License Options displays when you:
· create a tenant
· upgrade Trial Tenant licenses to Active Tenant Licenses
· add more licenses to Active Tenant
· renew Active Tenant subscription
· renew expired subscriptions.
The License Options page shows in these instances:
· After you activate your newly-created account Purchase licenses (if available), you are guided through the purchase process either with a credit card or purchase order.
· Continue with the automation application - you will be taken to a page to create a Tenant. See Create Tenant.
· Enter a license key or voucher - License Keys are printed on an order acknowledgement that comes from Fluke Corporation after purchasing with a purchase order. Vouchers are made available to you on an as-needed basis.
· Select Purchase Licenses (for new users) to purchase licenses with a credit card or purchase order.
· If you have a trial version and you want to purchase licenses or were given a voucher to use to extend your trial, you have these choices:
o Get licenses (if available) - you will be guided through the purchase with either a credit card or purchase order
o Continue with the automation application - you will be directed to the Tenant page.
o Enter a license key or voucher - License Keys are printed on an order acknowledgement that comes from Fluke Calibration after a purchase with a purchase order. Vouchers are made available to you on an as-needed basis.
Note
When you purchase licenses, a new tenant should be created after your free trial expires. Data created during a free trial cannot be transferred to the new tenant.
· If you have purchased (active) licenses and want to add more licenses or renew licenses or if your licenses have expired, you have these choices:
o Add licenses (or Renew licenses) (if available) - you will be guided through the purchase with either a credit card or purchase order.
o Return to Tenant - you will be directed to the Tenant page.
o Enter a license key or voucher - License Keys are printed on an order acknowledgement that comes from Fluke Calibration after a purchase with a purchase order. Vouchers are made available to you on an as-needed basis..
